The product is our 7th and last model version after
electrical, photocell and charged models. Customers
had complaints on the electrical, photocell and
charged models, such as reduced winding due to the
space occupied by the motor, increasing the roll
unit cost, frequent roll breaks due to narrow roll
width, motor’s failure through oxidizing in the
acidic environment, extra costs and works due to
necessity to install additional electrical lines to
toilets, the risk of danger when used in wet
environment. As a matter of fact those models have
been cancelled, and the manual system, which has no
problem, has been manufactured.
The plastic parts of the product are made of
thermoplastic. The product has operated failure free
in the lab for 500.000 times.

BNG creamy foam is so different from ordinary cleaning methods and provides a highly cleanness. Normal hands and body are cleaned with soap. The soap produces bacteria when open and so soap transfers bacteria to other user from user. The alkalis in soap industry are in fact strong bases, with their alkalis increase beyond PH7 value. It produces neutral salt by reacting to alkalis acid and it irritates skin. The main substance of soaps is caustic that is alkalis. BNG creamy foam hasn’t soap and proved you to have healthy and hygienic cleaning because of the following properties.

It is PH 5.5.
It prevents bacteria growth on your skin.
It is effective against eczema and mycetes due to antibacterial property.
It hasn’t any harmful nitrosamines and formaldehydes.

It doesn’t contain alkalis and soap.
It doesn’t contain any substance that irritates your skin and create consistence (viscosity) on your skin.
It is so easy to wash and dry.
BNG special dispenser prevents wastage by virtue of mixing 0.5 g fluid with 10 times as much the air to produce the foam. It is about 5 times as much cost effective when compared to regular liquid soap where this quantity is only 2.5 g. 500 g liquid soap corresponds to 200 sprays, while 500 g BNG Creamy Soap corresponds to 1000 sprays.
It provides water saving at the rate of (up to) 50% when using liquid soap. It is an ecological because of water saving.
It does not induce allergy and prevents the accommodation of the bacteria in case of blebs, cuts or bruises.
