Mechanism and Functioning
The product has been manufactured according to ISO EN 9001 standards, tested in laboratory environment for 500.000 times, yielding a problem-free operation. Thermo-plastic is used in the pan and body. It is therefore quite resistant to impacts and temperature changes.
1- Lever:
The product is pushed forward before being used so that the settling part is covered by the new hygienic material. It is resistant to 300 kg and is made of stainless steel.
2- Used Roll Bin:
The bin where used rolls are stored
3- Locking System:
Cleanturn has a magnetic lock system which is unique in the world. Thanks to this system, no person other than the authorized technician, can open cleanturn, and again through this system, falling of keys into the closet is prevented, which is a problem in other products. When the lock opening part is held on the key body made of reinforced electro-magnet, it clamps thereby opening the system cover.
4- Knives:
The part where used rolls are destroyed by means of knives.
5- Clean Roll Bin and Vision Window:
The bin where unused rolls are stored. You can see the roll level thanks to the window.
6- Cleanroll:
The material providing hygiene to the system.
